1. Payment Pupils are required to pay a 50% deposit of the full price lesson when making a booking on a weekly or monthly basis. This 50% deposit will only be charged if pupil doesn't show up or cancel the lesson without 24 hours notice. Drive-in lesson will cost extra +$10 travel fee based on travel distance ($5 for every 5 km). 2. Late Arrival Students are expected to arrive on time for each scheduled class. We encourage our students and parents to plan and allocate sufficient time to ensure timely arrival. Any student who arrives late to a class will not be eligible for a make-up session or additional instruction to cover missed material. Exceptions to this policy may be granted in rare cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to the instructor's discretion and prior approval. 3. Cancellations If a lesson is cancelled by tutor, it will be refunded or made up at a time to suit the pupil. Lessons cancelled notice or missed by pupils with less than 24 hours will not be refunded or rearranged except at discretion. Pupils who miss a lesson without 24 hours notification will be charged 50% of the full price. In a particular situation, such as personal illness, injury or emergency, rearrangement or refund is available when it is noticed at least 1 hour before the class.
